PATIENT TRANSPORT OFFICER – ALICE SPRINGS & DARWIN (PTO102)
St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. provides the Ambulance Service in the Northern Territory and is also the major provider of first aid training services, as well as volunteer first aid services.
St John is currently seeking Patient Transport Officers for the Alice Springs and Darwin regions.
Becoming a Patient Transport Officer will provide you with a rewarding and fulfilling career. As a Patient Transport Officer you will be delivering high quality health care and non-emergency patient transport.
General Requirements
To succeed in the role of Patient Transport Officer, you must have a strong desire to help others in need, possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You must have or have the ability to obtain a Working with Children Card (Ochre Card), National Police Check and Advanced First Aid Certificate.
