They offer (under contract),  the management and transport of low, medium and high acuity (non-emergency) patients in both the public and private sector.Located in Rowville, Victoria, with on site parking Wilson One  have casual jobs for highly motivated, tech savvy and customer focused people to join their dedicated team of call takers in patient dispatch.

Key requirements  role include:

• Responding to inbound calls from our customers
• Planning, organising and dispatching bookings to maximise the efficient use  of resources
• Preparation of various reports to track the allocation, progress and outcome of our bookings
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the Dispatch Coordinator, patient transport, events services teams
• Strict adherence to compliance and prescribed protocols to deliver timely service to our customers in a friendly and professional manner

To be successful in this role:

• You must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
• Good spoken a with the ability to write clearly and you can spell
• High attention to detail
• Proven ability to multi-task and do many things at once without stressing out
• Fast accurate typing to a minimum speed of 45 wpm
• A competent user of Windows based software including (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Inbound Call taking role will be highly regarded
