Offshore Intensive Care Paramedic in Australia and New Zealand

Experience Offshore Intensive Care Paramedic

  • FIFO position offered for candidates living in Australia and New Zealand
  • Contract length 6 months; with a likely extension
  • Working 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotations
  • First ICP to start on the 12th August 2017

You will be the focal point for medical consultation and treatment whilst on duty and provide primary health care, initial emergency response and other related services to all client employees and subcontractors on site.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Intensive Care Paramedic and completion of an internship program, and;
    Three (3) years “on road” experience as an intensive care paramedic, mobile intensive care paramedic, critical care paramedic or similar with a State or Territory ambulance service in Australia.
  • Advanced Life Support training (ALS2), or NZ Advanced Life Support as defined by Ambulance Service Sector Standard 8156 and NZ National,
  • Minimum 1 years offshore experience,
  • BOSIET,
  • HUET,
  • UKOOA Medical,
  • MSIC.
