The Patient Services Clerk of the Emergency Department/ESSU is responsible for providing a courteous, effective and efficient Patient Support Service.

This includes obtaining the required medical records; running i.PM reports, maintain information for electronic whiteboard, patient transport bookings, handling telephone inquiries, providing general clerical support for the clinical team as requested.
