About the role:

Medic Aid WA are seeking Medics/Paramedics and Emergency Services Officers (ESO’s) to join their growing business for Perth, DIDO and FIFO locations (Ex Perth).

Essential criteria for Paramedic ESO Jobs WA roles include:

• HLT41115 – Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance) (or equivalent);
• Authorised Drug Collection Officer (HLTPAT004);
• ‘C’ Class drivers licence to operate site  emergency vehicles;
• Physically fit to perform the role; and
• National Police Clearance certificate (current to within 6 months of appointment)
• Good skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of effective communication, written and verbal
• Strong record keeping and presentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications for Medic/Paramedic role:

• HLT51015 – Diploma of Paramedical Science (or greater);
• AHPRA Registration;
• Mining industry experience or at least exposure to Surface/Underground Operations
• Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety;
• Cert IV Training and Assessor;
• Dangerous Goods Security Card

Essential criteria for Paramedic ESO Jobs WA roles include:

• Cert III in Mines Emergency Response & Rescue (RII30715 or equivalent);
• HLT41115 – Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance) (or equivalent);
• Authorised Drug Collection Officer (HLTPAT004);
• Medium Rigid (MR) drivers licence to operate site emergency vehicles;
• Physically fit to perform the role; and
• National Police Clearance certificate (current to within 6 months of appointment)
• Good skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of effective communication, written and verbal
• Strong record keeping and presentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications for ESO role:

• HLT51015 – Diploma of Paramedical Science;
• Mining industry experience or at least exposure to Surface/Underground Operations
• Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety;
• Certificate IV Training and Assessor;
• Cert II in Security Operations with Current Western Australian Security Licence;
• Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Demonstrated competence including but not limited to Closed Circuit Regenerative Breathing Apparatus, Open Circuit Breathing Apparatus, Urban & Wildfire suppression, Hazmat, Vertical Rescue, Confined space Rescue, Road Crash Rescue
