About the Role:

Rio Tinto are looking for an Emergency Services Officer (ESO) for work in WA at the Cape Lambert. If you possess the listed qualifications and are passionate about the wellbeing of others, be sure to send them a resume using the link below.

Reporting to the Emergency Services Supervisor, you will be:

  • Promoting a safe culture according to the Rio Tinto safety standards.
  • Undertaking emergency and routine medical care, fire and rescue duties.
  • Managing site emergency incidents as Incident Commander.
  • Developing and maintaining the Emergency Response capability.
  • Fostering close relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

About You: 

To be successfully considered for ESO Jobs Rio Tinto, you will have:

  • Volunteer experience with Emergency Services (DFES, St John etc.)
  • Bachelor of Paramedicine or Nursing
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Incident command qualifications (AIIMS)
